EMBROIDERY    
Embroidery can be done on a very wide variety of items.  Shirts, caps, towels, coolers, tote bags, bat bags, etc.  If it can be hooped, it can be embroidered! Monograms, company logos, user supplied artwork or even custom artwork created by us based on your concept can be custom digitized and embroidered in-house. All embroidery is done in-house using our SWF commercial embroidery machines.  Currently our equipment includes a SWF 1501 and a SWF 1204 giving us a total of five embroidery heads.  This allows us to handle small and large orders with quick turn around times. APPLIQUÉ
    Looking for something that really stands out?  How about appliqué?  Tackle twill with an embroidered edge provides for an impressive finished product that really sets your sports team or company apart from the crowd. DIGITIZING
    It is possible many of you are not aware of what we mean when we say in-house digitizing.  Digitizing is basically the process of turning the artwork into an electronic format that can be stitched out on a commercial embroidery machine. The software required is expensive and it takes a lot of time and experience to digitize artwork that will stitch out properly and provide good appearance and durability. Our digitizing department uses Sierra Embroidery Office software to create exceptionally high quality digitizing yielding a perfect stitch out.  We have found that digitizing in-house allows us quicker turn around and the ability to fine tune the digitizing before stitching the final product, resulting in the highest quality finished product possible.

GRAPHIC ART
    Need artwork?  No problem! Our art department can create a design based on your idea or we can dream up an idea for you. Have you own artwork?  Send us a 150 to 200DPI file at print size and we are all set.  Vector format preferred, but provided the resolution is a minimum of 150 DPI at actual print size, we can use most any common format. Don't have artwork at high resolution?  Send us what you have and we will take a look to see if we can recreate it for you.

SCREEN PRINTING
    Currently, we can provide up to 6 color screen printing and we have plans to increase our capabilities to 8 colors in the near future.  Screen printing can be from your design or our art department can create a custom design for you. The key to quality screen printing is knowledge and quality equipment.  We use the best equipment in the industry coupled with the expertise and experience to create a high quality finished product.  We can handle orders sizes from 24 to more than 5,000. VINYL
    We custom design and cut our own vinyl products in-house.  Yard signs, banners, window decals, etc.  Your teams logo/player name/player number on a window decal? No problem! State of the art software in combination with digital vinyl cutter result in superior detail and cleanly cut vinyl which can then be applied to various substrates such as coro-plast yard signs, banners and more! HEAT PRESS
    As with all of our products, we custom design and cut our heat press material in house!  Heat press is a great option for low quantities at an economical price.  When you require something like player names and numbers for your sports team, heat press is a great way to go.  We use only the highest quality materials which provide excellent durability. LARGE FORMAT DIGITAL PRINTING
    Our Roland Versacamm 300 and 540 printers allow us to print full color vinyl, banners, etc. up to 54" wide.  The possibilities are endless and the results are nothing less than spectacular!

BLING / RHINESTONES
    All of our rhinestone designs are custom designed in house and created using a state of the art Cams Rhinestone Setting Machine. Rhinestone designs can be applied to caps, bags, purses, hats, visors, t-shirts, jackets, etc.  We can add some custom "BLING" to just about anything!
